Double wall chambers, the inner chamber is made of non-corrosive thick gauge stainless steel, and the outer made of mild steel sheet finished with powder coating. Used PUF on all sides for effective insulation to prevent temperature loss. The door is gasketed along the edges for effective sealing in lock position.

Refrigerant system consists of hermetically sealed Copeland compressor, air-cooled condenser, and heavy-duty motor-driven fan. Temperature is indicated and controlled by a digital temperature controller.
